1. Subscription Services
Samudra Oceans Limited offers various subscription plans for access to Kelp-It services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Features and pricing are subject to change with notice
Plan Selection
Choose the plan that best fits your needs
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
3. Billing and Payment
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance
Payment is due on the billing date
Accepted payment methods: Stripe
Billing Cycles
Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days
Annual subscriptions: Billed every 365 days
Pro-rated charges apply for mid-cycle changes
Failed Payments
Service may be suspended for non-payment
Account may be terminated after 30 days
You remain responsible for outstanding charges
4. Free Trials
Trial Terms
Free trials are available for new subscribers
No payment required during trial period
Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled
Trial Limitations
One free trial per customer
Full access to trial plan features
Standard terms apply after trial ends
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
Access continues until the end of paid period
Refund Policy
No refunds for partial months or unused portions
Refunds may be provided at our discretion
Processing fees are non-refundable
