Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Services

Samudra Oceans Limited offers various subscription plans for access to Kelp-It services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Plans

Available Plans

  • Otter, Turtle, Whale

  • Features and pricing are subject to change with notice

Plan Selection

  • Choose the plan that best fits your needs

  • You can upgrade or downgrade at any time

  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle

3. Billing and Payment

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance

  • Payment is due on the billing date

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days

  • Annual subscriptions: Billed every 365 days

  • Pro-rated charges apply for mid-cycle changes

Failed Payments

  • Service may be suspended for non-payment

  • Account may be terminated after 30 days

  • You remain responsible for outstanding charges

4. Free Trials

Trial Terms

  • Free trials are available for new subscribers

  • No payment required during trial period

  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled

Trial Limitations

  • One free trial per customer

  • Full access to trial plan features

  • Standard terms apply after trial ends

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period

  • Access continues until the end of paid period

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions

  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion

  • Processing fees are non-refundable

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services with notice

  • Change subscription plans and pricing

  • Update features and functionality

7. Data and Usage
